Your event may cost a little more, or a little less, depending on your individual goals in creating your brand's local presence in this market. ** A basic display table and basic supplies for the event are provided by BAM Promotions. These include such items as tableware, linens, bowls, cups, etc. Representative uniforms are provided by BAM; however, each manufacturer should provide a company logo in jpeg format for customized name tags to personalize your event. Additional charges may include rental of equipment needed for more extensive demonstrations; such as, microwave oven, crock pot, wok, and other small appliances. Special needs can be discussed and decided upon when reserving your event.
A non-refundable retainer fee of $250 is required for every event. This covers the innitial set-up and scheduling of event locations, coordination with individual store locations, research and training of representative to represent your product with knowledge of its unique selling points. Also covers coordination of travel time and logistics of equipment to each location, creation of custom name badges and communications with store managers. It is the manufacturer’s responsibility to have agreed-upon items present in store inventory on demo dates. In the event that product is not in the store and the demonstration cannot be performed, a show-up fee of $50.00 will be charged and the event will be rescheduled.
